Refund Policy
Do you offer a Refund? Yes. We will refund the payment made for a promotion (i.e. Website Listing) if your Site Information is contrary to our TERMS and RULES and you refuse to change your submitted Listing Details. But we will delete your Membership and block you from re-joining our Site. Refund will be done via the same method the payment was received (i.e. PayPal) less any cost charged from PayPal. Refunds will be made if requested after up to 7 days after purchase. You need to make sure you are in agreement with our Terms, Rules, etc., before you pay and submit your Site details.

SitesPromoter.com Ads shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision SitesPromoter.com Ads makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
Spamming is strickly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise SitesPromoter.com Ads will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Member's discontinued participation in the SitesPromoter.com Ads program or failure to notify SitesPromoter.com Ads of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.
Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the SitesPromoter.com Ads program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the SitesPromoter.com Ads program and properly terminate his or her membership.
